Natasha Demberg
Founder / President
Natasha is a recognized expert in Quality and Compliance within the Life Sciences sector, with over 30 years of experience across the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, biotechnology, medical device, natural health product, and cannabis industries.
She stands out for her strategic thinking, inspiring leadership, and creativity. Natasha combines outstanding technical and managerial expertise with a deep understanding of regulatory challenges and a strong instinct for business growth and operational management. She has led the design and implementation of quality management systems throughout the product lifecycle and has successfully supported numerous companies during major regulatory inspections (Health Canada, FDA, EMA, HMA).
Her career includes leadership roles at Teva, Merck Frosst, Confab, Valeant, and Neopharm Labs. She also specializes in developing organizational cultures focused on quality, performance, and customer satisfaction.
Natasha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, a Master’s degree in Polymer Chemistry, and a Six Sigma certification. She is a member of the Ordre des chimistes du Québec.
Irina Kleiner
Project Manager
A results-driven professional in customer service and client experience, Irina serves as a certified Project Manager and leads both business development and operations at DPS. She is recognized for her outstanding customer service, operational excellence, strong communication skills, and solution-oriented mindset. A collaborative leader, she blends strategic thinking with a positive, proactive approach to ensure impactful outcomes.
Irina has worked with a wide range of clients in the life sciences sector, including pharmaceutical, cosmetic, natural health product, medical device, and cannabis-based product companies.
With over 10 years of experience in customer service and project management within the life sciences industry—particularly in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic sectors—Irina has successfully managed complex project portfolios. She has overseen the execution of multiple client initiatives involving cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders. She excels at process optimization, workflow improvement, and the implementation of project management best practices to ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery.
Irina also brings strong expertise in business development, financial management, contract negotiation, and risk management. Additionally, she has led industry trade shows and conferences, showcasing her leadership and commitment to excellence in the sector. She earned her Project Management certification from HEC Montréal in 2020, following the completion of her Bachelor’s degree at Concordia University in 2013.
